Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or claim under warranty.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused Tupperware products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
