What is the Tupperware Lifetime Warranty?
Tupperware brand products are warranted by Tupperware against chipping, cracking, breaking, or peeling under normal non-commercial use for the lifetime of the product. Please contact customer service to initiate a warranty claim.
Are Tupperware products BPA-free?
Yes, since 2010, all Tupperware products sold globally are BPA-free. We prioritize safety and quality in every container we manufacture.
Can I use my Tupperware in the microwave and dishwasher?
Most Tupperware products are dishwasher safe. However, only specific lines marked with the microwave-safe symbol should be used for heating food. Always check the bottom of the container for care instructions.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
How do I remove stains and odors from my containers?
To remove stubborn odors or stains, we recommend soaking the container in a solution of warm water and baking soda, or using a lemon-based detergent. For prevention, always rinse containers with cold water after storing tomato-based sauces.
